-        I participated in organizing the international finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup competition in Cairo during July 2009.

 

-        I attended a presentation and communication skills training course in February 2009.

 

-        I took part in organizing and running the Microsoft Imagine Cup booth at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, for two years in a row.

-        I have been writing poetry in the English language since the age of 12. A number of my poems were published by the International Library of Poetry in their anthologies, tapes and CDs. Many of my writings were also published in Teen Stuff magazine.

 

-        I have attended many conferences in Bibliotheca Alexandrina, including: Wikimania 2008, Conference on Information Sciences and Technology Management, and Forum on Development, Culture and Dialogue.

 

-        At my university, I have delivered a session in May 2009 to students who are planning to join the Computer and Systems Engineering Department at my university. The session was an introductory to the department and the benefits of being a computer engineering student, to help students choose their major.

 

-        Attended vocal courses at the Alexandria Music Conservatory.
